Bottle Tree Counselling & Coaching
Helping neurodivergent women take control of their lives through coaching and counselling so that they can achieve things they never knew possible.

Hi, I’m Megan (also known as Meg) and I’m the coach and counsellor behind Bottle Tree Counselling & Coaching. Since 2020 I’ve been working with women who feel like they don’t really fit into the world and that it doesn’t matter what they do, it will never be good enough. For many of these women, learning that they were never going to be able to do things the way they perceived others doing them has been a game changing experience.
In 2021 I was diagnosed with ADHD (combined type) and Autism level 1 and thus began my journey of re-living life through the lens of neurodivergence. So many things that had happened to me suddenly made so much more sense. I’ve focused my studies on how ADHD and Autism impact women and how we can discover our own strengths and harness these to live a purposeful life where we feel in control.
I’m not here to tell you what to do in your own life to “fix” it, because I don’t think your life, or you, are broken. We all have strengths that we may not be aware of, and we all have growth areas to work on. I work with you to identify your strengths and how to use them more effectively, as well as helping you find the growth areas you want to improve. We work together to allow you to understand yourself in such a way that you find a deep acceptance of yourself and love for the amazing person you are.
I work with clients in two different ways – coaching and counselling. Each modality provides different results and therefore deciding what is best for you is the first step in working with me.
